Interview
It was a quick and easy phone call interview. If you can speak clearly, then you're won't have any issues with it. It was proper entry-level kind of stuff that they expected.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dataforce in Jul 2024
Interview
Terrible experience. So, I applied for the role. I recieved a reply telling me I had been selected for video call interview. I was supposed to recieve a Teams link on the day of the interview. This didn't happen and I emailed the person in recruitment who had arranged the interview. He replied telling me that was a problem with the "scheduling system" and asked me my availability for rearrange the interview. I told him my availability. I never heard back from this person. 2 weeks later I emailed him to ask what had happened. He apologised and said the position had been filled.
Around a month after this, the same role was again advertised online. I went through the recruitment process again (different recruiter within the company). This time I had the video call interview. However, upon a completion of the interview I never received a response. Around a month after the interview, I emailed asking if the recruitment process was still ongoing. I've never received a response to this email. Obviously I wasn't offered the role but to not receive a response either way is very unprofessional.
