Interview
Good experience with both the recruitment and hiring team. Moved quickly between rounds (recruiter, hiring manager, take home, technical, and panel) and the everything was laid out very clearly. Thorough but not so much that expectations of time or preparation were ever an issue.

Question 1
Why are you interested in Databricks? (Why Databricks)
Multiple rounds of interview , take home assessment was not very tough . But panel presentation round was tough , it seems they want candidate who can wow them even though all rounds went fine .
I go the first phone call which went pretty well. Then I passed a first panel round on simple architecture. Did first round technical round, but never heard back again.

HR Round and 3 more rounds, During HR round they just asked tell me about yourself and then asked me rate the skills in range 1-10. It went pretty well but rejected saying no mlops skills but I did speak about it in interview
