DataSpark Full Stack Developer interview questions

1.5 hours interview. There were 3 members each covered different aspects like overall general knowledge about CS, backend and front end. Then they ask to do low level coding things via chat window. In modern era nobody wants to remember and do such things in chat as we have all the latest tools in hand. We just need to know how to do and no need to remember low level coding syntax etc..We can do coding in interview but there are specific platforms to do so like codility, hackerrank, replit etc.. Seems they are not aware of such. My feedback is there interview process is very old school and outdated and similar to pre 2010 period. Afterwards even no feedback. In modern companies are professional enough to give feedback.
