Initally a questionnaire and test, afterwards an Interview with HR, then a paper challenge. I spent some time doing the presentation -on a complex paper they've published- when I got the rejected they did not provide a feedback. I've found it very frustrating and unprofessional considering what they've requested and the time allocated for it. Avoid this company.
