Interview
There was an unclear English assessment without any open criteriums of estimation, before the main part of the recruitment process. The company provided feedback based on the CEFR assessments, e.g. "You have B1 and we need B2", but the process was really far from the original CEFR, certification. So I'm not sure if they even have a legal right to do that.

Interview
First part is English skills, after Technical interview. Questions was about my experience, my education, my previous job. Also was questions about algorithms and data structures, SQL and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring JPA, Spring Security and so on).
I applied in-person. I interviewed at DataArt (Voronezh, Voronezhskaya Oblast')
Interview
1. phone call from hr, asked few questions from resume.
2. phone call from hr, invitation to in person interview.
3. in person interview with technical specialist (senior java developer)
4. interview with one of managers.
5. test task in their office (write simple application)
