I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DataArt (Saint Petersburg, Sankt-Peterburg) in Feb 2018
Interview
Quite smooth, I must say. First you have a general screening call with HR, next step is an interview in English, then German (in my case), and a final interview with HR and project managers. Quick yet thorough, up to the point and pain-free! :)

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DataArt (Voronezh, Voronezhskaya Oblast') in Nov 2017
Interview
Every step was on a good communication level. HR specialists and colleagues from marketing department showed their high professionalism. But if the process could be a little bit faster it would be a great achievement for the company.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at DataArt (Voronezh, Voronezhskaya Oblast') in Apr 2017
Interview
It was more looks like conversation, not classic interview, I think.
Firstly Head of DataArt’s R&D Center tell me about some plans and my possible position, then it was my time to introduce myself and my expectation. Then we were talk about my experience and skills.
There are no pressure on me at this interview, I feel employers interest in me, and it gives me some confidence.
