Initial phone screening with a recruiter, 30min interview with team members, then the Design Challenge which involves an initial 1hr call, the challenge exercise (creating wireframes), and then the challenge review call depending on how you do, then a final interview with the leadership.
I've only gotten to the design exercise stage, but was just sent a generic copy-paste email about not moving forward after I submitted my exercise. It felt like they don't really respect the candidate's time.
