At the 3rd round I was handed a task to build app for a Parking Garage Management System, garage layout, spot management with various car sizes with different pricing, car tracking, RESTful APIs, front-end, billing system etc.
After 3 hours of questions that were not related to role description it was clear that the purpose of the hiring team was to get a free consultation from candidates.

Interview
Had a screening, interview with the hiring manager and an interview with the hiring manager + the CEO. The interview was pretty friendly. I was asked about my problem solving approaches, stakeholder management, data and systems handling, my proficiency in Jira, and my experience with testing plans.
