Interview
I went through two video interviews, which lasted respectively 30 minutes and 90 minutes. Had they been successful, the next step would have been a test of several abilities. Every interviewer was extremely friendly. They tried their best to make the candidate comfortable. The second interviewer spent a lot of time explaining the structure of the company.

Question 1
During both interviews, I was asked quite ordinary questions, with a strong focus on motivation. I also was repeatedly asked to ask questions. In the second interview, I additionally had to make a short presentation and to answer questions designed to test my reasoning process.
One phone interview and the other was a skype interveiew, Both the times the person who was supposed to interview did not come. I would not recommend wasting time with this company

Why do you want to work for qunitiq was the question in first round( telephone), the person who was supposed to interview did not come twice, very unprofessional people. even after answering all the questions they said they are not considering me. The person who interview me did not have much knowledge in Optimization.
