As an interviewee, the interview process typically begins after submitting my application, when I’m contacted for an initial screening—usually a short phone or video call where I’m asked about my background, motivation, and basic qualifications. If I pass that stage, I’m invited to a formal interview, which could be with one person or a panel. During this stage, I’m asked more in-depth questions about my experience, technical skills, and how I handle certain situations. Sometimes, I may also be given a task or case study to complete. Each step requires preparation, adaptability, and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. Toward the end, I may discuss salary expectations, availability, and references. Throughout the process, I try to present myself authentically while also evaluating whether the organization’s values, culture, and role are the right fit for me.
