I applied in January, and after being told in May that I was STILL being considered for the position, I retracted my name from consideration.
Besides the borderline insulting timeline, this interview experience was pretty positive. So positive, that I was considered for a more senior position than I applied for.
The process consisted of 3-4 interviews, which unfortunately has become the norm for mid-level positions in 2025. One of these interviews was a 6 hour marathon at their cooperate office. Everybody I spoke to was as kind as could be (especially HR!) and it's a shame that it didn't work out, but buyer beware. I held my breath for nearly SIX months over this job, and frankly, my effort would've been better spent elsewhere.
