The interview process was in two parts. The first was over SKYPE and the second was by phone. Different members of the team, took turns asking questions related to the position and background experience and education that I had in the industry. Do your research.

The interview was performed by 8 people from various departments in the college. Each asked me one or two questions and made notes. It felt more like a deposition than an interview. Very intimidating. But ultimately worth it.
