I applied via their workday interface, received an email from an HR intern to schedule the interview. The interview process itself was very collegial, respectful and a positive interaction. I went through two interviews, both scheduled with very tight timelines and a sense of urgency. Panelists asked relevant questions about my professional experience, shared sufficient information about the role I was applying for.
The HR intern made several mistakes while scheduling the interview, mistaking time/date as well as country! This was a minor annoyance.
At the end of both interviews, despite being told that I'd hear back very soon, I was never informed about the status of my candidature. (Its over 2 months now). To me , this left a bad taste- and a bit of a red flag about the overall functioning of the organization.
