Quick telephone call after applying online. Researcher promised to come back within specific timeframe and forget. After the end of the recruitment, recruiter also failed to call me to let me know the outcome.
Very long time between interviews and till the offer. but professional. Not very transparent about the next steps and expectations. Poor communication between HR and hiring manager. Not transparent about the pay range.
