I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Danone (Chiswick, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
Was contacted by the recruiter via Linkedin. Needed to complete a Telephone Interview, SHL Online Tests (Verbal and Numerical), 2 x In-house interviews. After weeks of waiting, the recruiter got back to me to (needed to chase up) with the news that they won't be progressing. Talent Cluster Director returned from holiday and decided to change the profile of the team. My skills and experience were not longer relevant. Overall the recruiter was professional and nice to deal with. The delay in getting back to me, has really left a bad impression of the company on me. As a candidate I have put a lot of effort and time to prepare and a sudden change of direction seems that the team is unorganised and has not regard for others.
