I applied to the Human Rights Capacity Department. I was contacted through e-mail and I was invited to an interview, on site as I lived in Copenhagen. Three people from the department interviewed me. There were no challenging questions, it regarded most walking through my CV and seeing how my experiences fit for the position.

the interview was quite friendly but seek for passion from the interviewee which is quite difficult to express. The interview also cover a large scope of knowledge to determine a good fit area.

Very easy and fast application and interview process. Only had one interview online which resembled a conversation rather than interrogation. But do prepare yourself - there seems to be a high competition, even for internship position.
