I applied for the job online and heard back later that same day. The interview was the following day. During the interview with the principal, he outlined the position's studio responsibilities and design expectations. I was then invited to have a brief look around the office. At the end of the interview, I was asked to send out a follow up email about my thoughts on the position.

Heavy review on your technical skills, it is also a plus if you have previous office experiences or drafting experiences. You sit with the principal to review both resume and portfolio and then another staff does an office tour with you
