You would write a quiz after taking some series of test online. You would then be called to do an interview on why you want the job , what the company does and who you are to be employed
I was firstly grouped for group discussions, then personal interview then lastly did the cbt examination. The selection process is orderly organized. It will make you understand how industrial environments looks like especially if you are a fresh graduate

Question 1
I was asked on relationship between viscosity and temperature in a fluid
Was okay. Just asked questions based on course of study and the company. And questions about cement manufacturing. Someone was there to check documents. Youll be asked what you know about the company. Some behavourial quesstions too.

Interview
The process was in different stages starting from the online assessment test, physical interview, offer stage and onboarding. The physical interview consisted of 4 panelists that were friendly and they helped to ease the tension.
