Sapia Ai interview, I have applied multiple times, yet for some apparent reason, I get rejected even with multiple level's of experience within retail and hospo industry, in my opinion interviews should be conducted in person by the interviewer. Its very dystopian being interviewed & rejected by an AI.

The Sapia interviews were quite simple and easy to understand. One thing to note is if you apply for multiple locations they will just re-use your first response for up to a month, meaning if you perform poorly you will not make interviews for any location.
