Interview
First Round: The initial stage is an interview with two staff and myself. Second Round: The subsequent phase consisted of a single manager and two candidates, including myself. After completing the two rounds, there was a lack of follow-up communication from the organization.

Very friendly and very mild
employees there are so inspiring and mild
motivation to work for daiwa is very important.
Also you have to be very concrete about the nature of the job position.
