Went in for an interview after the phone screen which went very well. The offices and location is very nice, right off Wall Street. I was told I’d hear back by next week. After the interview emailed the women I was in contact with who set up the the phone screen and interview asking for the emails of everyone I met with to write follow emails to. No answer. The next week comes no answer. I sent few emails stating how interested I was in the company and would like to hear back. Nothing. So after 2 months of this I haven’t received one follow email. I personally fell that sends the wrong impression to people that want to work for you. No one is ever too busy to send an email that should take 1 or 2 minutes to send. Some advice for dailypay it’s better to let potential employees know if they did or didn’t get the position instead of ghosting them.
