The interview process was 3 stages. The first stage was a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager. The second stage was a 25-minute interview with the recruiter. The final stage was a 1.5-hour panel interview with 3 people. For that panel interview, they gave me a list of situational interview questions in advance and they asked follow-up questions during the interview. In this panel interview, I was to come prepared with a PowerPoint presentation of 2-4 slides from one of the pre-set list of questions.
