The interview was around 45 minutes, with the founder and an employee. Very different type of approach for hiring, smooth and very easy to understand what they are looking for what would be the role

Asked about Next.js, any projects I made with it, any full stack or payment function I developed, lastly asked about previous experiences
The CEO asked me personal questions about my ethnicity and family situation. They specifically want Chinese people only working in the company due to "trustworthiness". I was also lectured/preached about "overcoming" my weaknesses that I had to list out for the interview.

Interview
It was fine, the interviewer are very sweet, no harsh words were used, no offfensive questions. Overall, it was a great experience . Yet i dont even know if i want to work there
