Started with a phone interview. Had a great conversation with the recruiter who answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Next step was an in-person panel interview. They spent lots of time explaining the job thoroughly and I felt reassured.

I went to a hiring event and had a 3-person panel interview. This followed with a 2-person interview on the same day. I was then asked to shadow on the next day for a couple of hours. I am awaiting the next steps
