Applied online, received an email for online assessment, and about a week later received a call for phone interview. Then was invited for an in person panel interview at the end of the phone call for the next day. Received call the following day with offer extension. They told me everything up front about the job, training, and pay.

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
