Interview Panel. Received call back within weeks of Application via online. The Interview lasted about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Each person from the panel asked an interview question. Everyone was very polite and gave plenty of time to answer the questions.
Interview was done virtually due to COVID-19. Got to meet the administrator of the facility, other dietitian (if facility has another dietitian), and the regional dietitian as well. Interview questions were mostly behavioral, with some job-related ones mixed in. Overall a professional process.

The interview process was held in a professional manner. All the member of the team were available. Supervisors and managers where available, approachable and friendly. Tour of the facility was given. Opportunity to ask questions and have discussion with the team.
