I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. You guess what?
The recruiter asked where I am located and then said he would not continue the interview process with me since I was not located in Denver. Excuse me? What?
I can understand relocation problem, BUT you could confirm with me before setting up interview. I spent time and effort to prepare for the interview. I didn't feel any respect.
