I applied online through indeed.com, and received an emailed to complete an Online assessment, a day or two after completing the assessment I received a phone screening from a recruiter and was set up with a 3 person panel interview a few days later.

Describe a time you exceeded your job expectations. Describe a time you had a conflict with a coworker, how did you approach it, and what was the outcome?
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
