1st interview - the recruiter was very friendly and personable-very easy to get along with. He also explained more about what they do at DaVita.
2nd interview - I felt as if they were annoyed they had to speak with me. There was some awkward silence and over all the interaction was very dull and unattractive. As they went along with explaining the position, I started to lose interest with the position and the people I may be working with. So sad....I was willing to give the best of me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Jun 2018
Interview
After applying online, I was contacted by a recruiter who performed an initial screening. The recruiter was very upbeat and enthusiastic about the company and the work done at Davita, especially the work culture. I was then interviewed over the phone by the Manager of Instructional Design and a Senior Designer. They both love the company and had a lot of experience in eLearning and instructional design. I was then asked to do a final interview but declined, as I had already accepted a job offer for another company. The process was really drawn out, and had the company been quicker with their interview process, I would have most likely accepted a job with them. I really liked that the company is providing training initiatives for employees in several different countries such as: Portugal, Malaysia, China, India, Saudi Arabia and Germany.
