Interview
Applied online and got a phone interview with recruitment team the following day. Then I was scheduled for a panel interview the following week. I had 3 panel interviews on the same day that went well. Then I was referred to the clinic of my choice and got another interview with the FA. Finally, I had another FA interview where he showed me the clinic and gave me some glimpse of what to expect once onboard. All throughout the process, the recruitment staff, FA and CC were so involved that I felt welcomed. It took about 4 weeks from the time I sent my application online until I receive my Offer Letter.

Interview
They were very personable and answered all questions that I had about the position. Laid back and not intimidating at all. The room was quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff and quick interview scheduling for the interview.
Medium difficulty. Web cam interview. A panel of 6 people took turns to ask questions. At the end they offered for me to come in and shadow at a clinic that was completely out of the way from the location that I applied for.

Long character questionnaire before interview and low rate offer for highly responsible job for PCT role. Also, interviewer is not from Davita but a hiring company representative. I did not get farther than that.
