Interview
I went to an open house. I met with a HR manager who screened my resume, gave me an overview of the position, and progressed me on to meeting with the Facility Administrator. She reviewed my resume, asked me why I wanted to be a dialysis nurse, and proceeded to tell me the progression of training. We concluded by her saying Recruiting will be contacting me.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
