The interview process was straight forward and relatively simple. There were some miscommunication within the hiring team after needing to reschedule an interview for not inviting candidates. After 4 interviews for this position, all ending pretty promising of being offered the position. After over one week after the last interview, I did not hear anything from the team or recruiters. I reached out multiple times with the interview team with no response. After a few days I received a generic emailed response about passing on my experience and no longer will be considered for the position. I sent another follow up email asking for feedback on their decision with no response. DaVita, after interviewing a candidate multiple times, out of respect for the candidate, it would be helpful to respond through the recruiter about the teams decision and not by a generic emailed response.
