I applied online. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Nov 2025
Interview
Stay far away from this healthcare company. Red flags everywhere.
I interviewed for a Senior Manager role that required relocation to Denver. While I was open to relocating, I was surprised to learn the company doesn’t offer any relocation assistance unless you’re an executive. I live 18 hours away by car. They offered $105K based on my experience, which was very low given the scope and location of the role.
The interview process was excessive: six rounds total, including multiple panel interviews, a senior executive meeting, and a full case study with a 40-minute presentation I was expected to create from scratch—unpaid. It felt like free consulting disguised as an interview.
I wouldn’t recommend this process to candidates who value their time, expertise, or professional boundaries—especially if you're expected to relocate without support, and do six interviews with a case study.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DaVita
