Straight forward interview process that matched what recruiter and website show. Recruiter, manager, team interview then senior manager/VP as regionally aligned. All done remotely over zoom, process takes 1-2 weeks depending on availability

Tell us about a time where you had to deal with two coworkers disagreeing on how to handle a situation
First a Recruiter screen, then a hiring manager screen, then following that you have a panel screen. Onboarding process seems supportive with lots of resources available for you to utilize.

Interview
The interview was conducted over MS Teams. There was a prescreening with an Executive Recruiter, then another interview with the Regional Director. It was an easy conversation and flowed naturally.
