I applied through their website and then I received an email inviting me to an interview. A 10-minute interview via Skype. After this I was invited to a 45-minute training session, fopllowed by a demo class.

Interview
It was bad. I was well prepared. The interviewer just came in and asked me a few questions. She then told me to get ready to do my mock lesson and she disappeared.
The next day I got a letter of rejection for a lesson I did not even do.
She also rushed me to answer.

You have an interview with the employer and after that you have a trial lesson with a student. After that if you are accepted you receive a salary offer and a contract.
