DXC Technology Senior Manager UI/UX Design interview questions

Their recruiter emailed me to initiate the interview process and sent me a list of questions that were already in my application (e.g., salary, start date, work authorization). There was no phone screen after that and I was immediately scheduled to interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself felt more like a test than a conversation and the hiring manager asked me to scale myself 1-10 on at least 25 different skills. I was ghosted despite several follow ups. I still haven't received a formal rejection letter but can see in Workday that my application was declined. Awful.
