Got contacted by DXC employee thru LinkedIn, he referred me. The same day, I got contacted by DXC HR and conducted initial interview. He then scheduled me for Hiring Manager/Tech Interview 2 days later. After passing the interview (happened on Friday), by Monday HR told me I passed and presented JO. After that it was contract signing. To summarize: Initial Interview -> Hiring Manager / Technical Interview-> Job Offer -> Contract Signing

Role-Tailored Questioning at DXC: The interview approach at DXC was tailored to the specific role one had applied for. In my case, despite applying for a frontend developer position, the interview encompassed inquiries about backend competencies as well. This inclusiveness was driven by the role's demand for a foundational understanding of backend aspects like OOP, APIs, and related topics. CV-Centric Inquiry: The interview prominently revolved around the contents of my CV. Conversations were centered on my professional journey, prompting discussions about prior roles and responsibilities. Additionally, the interview panel probed into my leadership proficiencies, extracting insights to gauge my potential contributions. Behavioral and Situational Exploration: The interview methodology comprised a significant segment dedicated to behavioral and situational questions. This approach offered a comprehensive glimpse into my skill set and suitability for the role, extending beyond technical abilities to include practical scenarios and interpersonal aptitude.
2 rounds of interviews. One is a screening process over the phone. The second is a face to face interview with 3-5 people. Technical and behavioral questions. Offers usually follow within 1 week of the final step.
