It was straight forward. I had a video call with the hiring manager and we discussed my resume and my background in operations. We talked about the role and the team already in place at the company.

Twee gesprekken gehad waarvan een live en een via de telefoon. Het waren fijne gesprekken en een goed beeld van de functie gekregen. Eerste gesprek was met de Lead van de afdeling en directe collega, daarna met de manager van de lijnmanager ivm ziekte van de manager zelf.

Interview
A few interviews and tests, pretty standard. After the drug test you take a personality test, then you get a phone interview with a panel of people who are interested in you as an asset to the company. Lastly, you have to take a few quick courses on workplace security and social business conduct.
