I applied through university. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at DXC Technology (Bengaluru) in Jul 2020
Interview
I applied through the campus drive of DXC technology when it visited my college. The first round in the hiring process was an online test. The test was divided into 6 sections, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, English, Automata (Coding/Debugging) and two more. The questions were MCQs and they were fairly easy. You could do the calculations for most in your head itself. The Automata section was Debugging where each question had a sample code which we had to debug. The questions were easy and each took about 2-3 minutes. The entire test duration was approximately 110 minutes.
The next round in the hiring process was the interview. The interview was virtual and the the recruiter used the Microsoft Teams application to conduct it. The interview began with the recruiter introducing himself and then the standard "Introduce yourself" and "What do you know about DXC Technology". He asked me if I had done any projects and if I had any certifications. I told him that I had 6 projects and 2-3 certifications. There was no more discussion on those topics. Then he asked me about the database languages I knew and what databases I had worked with. I told him I had worked with SQL. Then all the questions were related to DBMS and SQL. Finally at the end, he asked if I had any queries. The entire interview duration was approximately 35 minutes.

The interview process consisted of multiple stages. It began with an initial screening/assessment round to evaluate technical knowledge and aptitude. This was followed by a technical interview where I was asked questions related to core subjects such as programming, data structures, databases, and problem-solving. The interviewer also discussed my academic background and projects.
Finally, there was an HR interview focused on communication skills, career goals, flexibility, and cultural fit. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and designed to assess both technical competence and interpersonal skills.
