I got a mail from a recruiter from DXC itself & i went for the interview. 1st round was taken by a person who was from Allegis (I went for the interview at DXC and the interviewer was from different company which is purely nonsense). 2nd round was taken by a HR who was from DXC itself. Well my interview started and after 2-3 mins i felt as if i read in KG 1 or 2 and i am infront of my teacher who is scolding me. The interviewer started asking me questions but was not allowing me to speak but i have to write in a paper. If bychance i spoke something .. i was simply asked rudely to write. I don't understand how can a interviewer speaks like that?? Even though the interviewer is representing the company. Such a rude & ridiculous behaviour which i didn't expect. This was my worst interview experience ever!! "DXC.. you need to hire well mannered employees" That's ok if the person is not suitable for the position you are hiring but atleast people should know how to interact & behave.
The hiring process was well-organized and aligned with the standard recruitment flow. Communication was clear at each stage, expectations were transparent, and the overall experience was smooth and easy to navigate.

It was a nice experience with dxc. Even the panel and the management is very polite and professionals. Also they are giving the feedback on time.
Strongly recommend for the candidates who is looking for the job. It's a great place to learn aswell.
