3 level interview process, generally quick outcome when there is no customer dependency.
Clearing 1st level has high chance of getting the offer.
1st Level by HR then Technical, Managerial.
Internal reference adds more value.
Recent focus is on digital skills.

Interview
Initial 'suitability' interview with HR followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager and another Delivery Manager. Process was fairly informal asking behavioural type questions. If you have actually done the role, you should find it easy.
