As this was a remote position, all interviews were conducted via phone and will six separate individuals over the course of three weeks during the Christmas holiday. I was offered and accepted the job, and was told that I would receive an offer letter via email once it was fully approved by the necessary managers. After nearly two weeks had passed with no sign of the offer letter, I received a phone call telling me that they weren't going to hire me but give the job they'd offered me and I'd accepted to someone already in an internal position. Horrible. Disgusting to string someone along like that, expect them to make plans around a job you had no intention of getting them. Pathetic practice. No wonder your Glassdoor rating is so low. To my notion, it's too high.
