Started with a brief screening with HR that was the typical salary expectations, role description, etc. The next interview was with the manager of the group, which was mostly conversational. Going through your experience, explaining the role in depth, asking why you want the role. Last interview was with an associate, which was very similar to the interview with the group manager, but explained more in depth the relationship you'd have with him on a daily basis.

Am Anfang gab es eine kurze Vorstellung, dann 3 Technischefragen und am ende noch kurz Motivation und ein lockeres Gespräch über Hobbies und vorherige Erfahrungen.

Nimm an, dass die Istzahl einer Abteilung anders ist als die Sollzahl. Wie würdest du damit umgehen und was würdest du tun um die Gründe herauszufinden?
There were about 4 rounds including the final HR. Initial one was a tech round followed by a tech and managerial round.
That was followed by a culture fit round by the MD and then finally the HR
