Interview questions were as expected and the Human Resources Manager and CEO were pleasant. Once I was asked if I spoke Chinese, which I did, the interview changed from English and was conducted entirely in Chinese, without any prior notice for me.
It started with a recruiting agency that lead to the President. No contact with HR until the 1st day of the job. The president Elaine Shen interviewed me for 2 hours.

Interview process was with 4 people...H/R, Department Supervisor, Department Manager and Controller. Math quiz given and factual interview questions and answers. Overall seamless process and completed in 45 minutes. Applied online and contacted by a recruiter who submitted my resume. HR first interviewed me over the phone and then I was invited for an in-person interview.
