Applied on Stackoverflow. Received phone call two weeks later to schedule an interview. On the scheduled day, 5 minutes before the interview was scheduled, I received a phone call asking for a reschedule due to "client needs". Fast forward to the following week, 15 minutes past the start of the rescheduled interview, still no word from them. After sending an e-mail asking to be removed from the candidate list, I was told yet again it was due to client needs and that their normal business practice isn't like this. Clearly a broken company. Should have known by their website not even being responsive what kind of software company they are.
