I had a interview at their Chicago office. Basically they want to know about your strategy, the amount of capital required to run it and your ability to scale it bigger. It was pretty straight forward.
Nice guys, and it was also nice to meet and spend a good deal of time with Jared. Showed us their trading platform, and discussed deal finances. Seems like a well run place.
