      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at DUX Direct (Watertown, MA) in Sept 2015

      Interview

the person called me about my resume that i had up on a job board. i came in for a face to face interview that took about 15 to 25 min. i was nice when i walked in. the girl at the front offered me a cup of coffee while i waited. they had up a picture of the red sox which to me was an immediate win. (GO SOXS!) I sat down with one of the hiring managers named Matthew. Very nice guy. talked pretty fast with what he was saying and found out that he liked some of the same things that i liked like being out doors and music. He explained that this was the first interview and that it was more on the lines of a meet and greet. I answered some of the questions that he had for me and then he explained a little about what DUX Direct actually does. it was what the person on the phone said just in more detail. OVERALL a pretty good experience with the interview process.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DUX Direct (Watertown, MA) in Nov 2015

      Interview

The process runs very smooth and Matthew is nice guy by briefly explain to you to quickly get to know about the company and what they doing. He asked me what's your strength? I used to provide administrative support, and its surprise to see the position as "manager" since I don't have any experience as a "manager". He said he could train me. The place looks new and no direction in the building, only few tables and computers.
