After being selected, you have a first interview with HR to explain the goals of the company, their line of work, etc. (~20min). You get the chance to introduce yourself and your work. At the end of it, you're given an assignment depending on your preference (back end or front end) with a deadline that you have to fix yourself. Throughout the test, you get feedback from DTT on what to improve. Once there is no more feedback to be given, you have a second interview with HR + the web team lead (~30min). We talked about both the company, my own experience, the assignment and so on. If everything goes well, an offer is made!
Throughout the whole process, DTT made itself available at any time if I had any interrogation about the company, assignment, etc. Overall, the interview process was smooth and clear from the very beginning.
