I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DSM Infocom (Mumbai) in Jan 2012
Interview
I applied in the company in December 2011 and got a call from HR after a month for telephonic HR interview. After the HR interview i got a call for the technical interview for 3 different projects from which one project was allotted to me. I joined the company in February 2012. People working in the company are fairly nice and work culture is also good. Pay for a fresher is very less no matter how qualified you are.
