First let me start off by saying they had messaged me on indeed stating they were proceeding with other candidates, then a week later that same person asks me for an interview. I had a phone interview and in person interview. The person who interviewed me in person gave me so many red flags. First, she told me they discourage employees to talk to each other (huh?) unless its super slow. She then proceeds to tell me that she needs someone to take over her duties as if shes over the job herself, she continued to tell me she keeps saying shes going to leave yet shes still there. She asked very basic questions and at times didnt know what to ask. The most biggest red flag was her asking me if theres a lot of jobs out there. What does this have to do with this interview? After that madness (i had to call out of work for this) i get sent an email 1 week later from indeed stating i was denied again for this position. The type of unprofessionalism and not having it together tells me all i needed to know. I’d be weary even applying here. The workers all seem like they disliked it there and forcing smiles. None of them had any communication and didnt remember i was coming in for an interview, which the person interviewing me also complained how certain people dont communicate there. Good luck to who ever got the position.
